Classic Package
The Classic Package is designed for the bride and groom that would like to have a wedding planner guide them along the wedding planning process. This service includes the following:
- Wedding Planner Kevin Covey and 3 Assistants
- Creation and Management of Wedding Budget
- Complementary Wedding Vendor Referrals
- Access to Kevin via phone and email
- Wedding Venue and Vendor Liaison and will obtain and manage proposals
- Attendance at the following appointments; Venue Walkthrough, menu tasting along with all Wedding vendor appointments starting with the initial vendor consultation including any follow up appointments, such as the Floral Preview
- Etiquette advice and Guidance throughout the Planning Process
- Creates and Distributes Customized Wedding Itinerary and floorplans to all parties involved
- Communicating and Confirming Wedding Details with all Contracted Vendors and Wedding Venue
- Planner to receive and manage wedding accessories such as printed goods and favors
- Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal
- Complete onsite Wedding Day Management
- Planner to provide a wedding emergency kit
