- Plan and schedule rehearsal dinner
- Select cosmetics and skin care specialist (make appointments for yourself, bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, grooms and ushers for the week of the wedding)
- Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Purchase accessories such as toasting goblets, ring pillow, garter belt, candles
- Have formal bridal portrait done
- Select and reserve party rental supplies

- Finalize all arrangements
- Finalize all details of the ceremony and reception
- Give caterer final number of guests
- Confirm honeymoon reservations and flights

1 Week
- Finalize transportation arrangements
- Go to personal grooming appointments for Bride and Bridal party
- Try on and pick up wedding attire
- Make sure you have rings, blood tests, marriage license
- Have groom, groom's men, ushers and others try on tuxedos at home (make sure rental company has remembered bow ties, cuff links, etc.)
- Get to the ceremony on time
